ABOUT OUR STAFF
Welcome to Millbrook Baptist Church
Mike
Ingram, Pastor
I
was born and raised in Mobile, AL. I graduated from
central Baptist in Mobile and received my Bachelors degree from
Mobile Collage. My wife Pat and I have two children, Jennifer and Daniel. I
worked in the Banking industry for 20 years before becoming a full time pastor.
I have had the privilege to serve in churches in Alabama and Mississippi. In
1990 the Lord moved us to Wetumpka, AL where I served as a bio-vocational pastor
for 10 years. Later He moved us to Louisville, MS where I served for over 7
years as a full time pastor. In 2007 He moved us to Millbrook, AL. In my free time I
enjoy playing golf, hunting and spending time with the family. It’s great to be
the pastor at Millbrook Baptist Church!
Bro.
Nathan Thompson, Minister to Students
I was born at FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne, WY and spent my childhood at various
Air Force bases before my dad was stationed at Maxwell AFB, and we moved to
Prattville, AL. I graduated from Prattville High School and received a
bachelor’s degree in social science from the University of Mobile in 2006.
Currently I am pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist
Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. My wife Ashlie and I have two children,
Brady and Brynna. In addition to serving as minister to students
at Millbrook Baptist, I teach social studies at Billingsley High School in
Autauga County. I have been involved in student ministry since I was in college.
I enjoy reading, watching baseball and building model airplanes. I am incredibly
grateful to God for the opportunity to serve at Millbrook Baptist Church!
Dawn
Chapman, Ministry Assistant
Dawn has lived in the Millbrook area since 1985. She graduated from Stanhope
Elmore High School in 1987. She is married to DeWayne Chapman. Dawn and
DeWayne have two daughters, Rachel and Elizabeth. Rachel is married to James
Watson and they have two children, Myah and Sage. Dawn has served as the
Ministry Assistant for Millbrook Baptist Church since 2008. Before taking this
position she served as the director of Millbrook Baptist Daycare. Dawn, along
with Angie Keeling, serves as the Senior Adult Directors. She enjoys
working with the “Happy Hearts” of our church. Dawn feels very blessed to have
the privilege to serve such a loving church family.
Angie
Keeling, Daycare Director
I was born in Tennessee. My father was in the Air Force so our family had the
privilege of living in several different states, including Alabama. We also
spent three years in Germany. I graduated in 1982 from Air Academy High School
at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. I am blessed with two
children, Jon and Mandee Towry, and my daughter-in-law Deidre. I have enjoyed
working in our daycare ministry for several years and have served as director
since 2008. Our staff at Millbrook Baptist Day Care has the wonderful
opportunity to touch the lives and share the love of Jesus with not only the
little ones that attend our program but their families as well. I
also serve
alongside Dawn Chapman in ministering to our Senior Adults. We love our "Happy
Hearts" and the times of fellowship we are able to enjoy with them. |
